Snips ambassador Project Season 1

Snips ambassador project has been cancelled. don't know why though. but they sure all deserve to win :/

Snips Ambassador Project is a project to search for the 6 top faces and talents to represent the image of Snips. Every candidate (Snipser) who managed to get to the top 6 would be entitled to a RM20,000 contract with SNIPS.

The contract sounds super attractive, it even includes a personal driver, personal make up artist, image stylist yadayadayadablablabla, but Snipsers have gone a long long way to make it up to Snips' very high expectations.

they've done so many fashion shows in just merely 2 months,




gone through a press conference in Genting, didn't get any sleep, but still survived...

and i totally respect them. imagine losing sleep for a day! i will be sooo zombified.



it's not easy, because i was once there, and i quit, because being a Snipser also means having to forgo a lot of time with my family and friends, and having to balance between my studies and Snips, which is obviously an uphill task that i cannot fulfill.



i wasn't willing to miss sending my goodfriend to Australia to take a few professional shots of myself- i know that i'd regret half of my life if he's really gone for good and i didn't get to let him see me cry. :P neither was i willing to eat without my family almost every night because that means having my mum and bro eating alone without me...and i knew i was gonna miss the crap we usually have on the dinner table. and thinking of having to not see my cousins and the rest of the family members during every unity dinner at my 1st aunt's house...... i suddenly realised that i can't give up all these things which mean so much to me just for a contract- however it might seem like a once in a lifetime chance.


i haven't written about this before in my private blog, because i was a bit upset over this whole thing, it made me so confused because i had to choose between this golden opportunity and my studies and family. some people tell me that i can always study later, and this only comes once in a lifetime, but i guess i want to complete whatever is most important to me now and do what i really like only in the later part of life..



The 2 weeks of me being in Snips have really made me realize a lot of things, and i really appreciate that. the other Snipsers were really very united, there isn't any catfights like what u see in the reality shows..and everyone is 100% supportive of each other, and i miss them for that ;)

ANYWAY.
the reason for writing this is to tell you how wonderful the 10 Snipsers are!

His eyes really twinkle one! the girls will faint, blushing. hahaha.



Colin- "Vote 2", send to 32320
a bit ketot vertically, but her acting skills have definitely made up for it. i know she's got a lot of talent in her, and i guess that's what that matters most ;)



Carmen- "Vote 3", send to 32320
I think her original name was Kamen. Snips changed it lo. TARC queen. damn prettty. Perfect complexion. so jealous lor!




Ivan- "Vote 4", send to 32320
He's got a Gigawatt smile which will melt any girl's heart right on the spot. One of the winners of Loreal studio star search season 1. Loves shaking his legs to annoy me which i cannot stand.





Darren- "Vote 5", send to 32320
I'm gonna call him my sifu soon. He managed to lose weight DAMN FAST. salute him for his determination. the times i had my meals with him, he was either not eating or eating vege only. omg i might die if i don't eat meat.



Travis- "Vote 6", send to 32320
when i have my new home i would ask him to design it hor. future architect, HUGE dreams in a small guy like him. =) wonder how he manages his time between studies and snips tho!





Real- "Vote 7", send to 32320
Youngest in the competition after i left. hahahaha. i think all the secondary school girls would go crazy over him. very the photogenic. don't exactly like his new hair colour tho! epitome of lala-ness. but i think he managed to pull it off.




Carl- "Vote 8", send to 32320
hehe when i first saw his picture i was like 'DANG why didn't i stay in Snips' :p Carl is a banana, but heard that he's darn good in his studies. tallest of the lot. sometimes looks like a prettty boy too!




Sito- "Vote 9", send to 32320
someone you would want to look for if you're feeling unhappy. sometimes the laughing stock. it's a good thing! so fun to be with :)


Shirley- "Vote 10", send to 32320
i love her the most, respect her the most. Very experienced, she's the suitcase girl (number 14!) for deal or no deal! SUPER DUPER TALL, two heads taller than me. very supportive, very lovable, very sincere.... she's got everything it takes to be a model. even when she cut bob style. omg so hot i might just fall in love with her.



Sam- "Vote 11", send to 32320
hehe Sam deferred his semester just to work for Snips. i think he deserves to be one of the Snipsers too lor! he was there when i cried like mad and played alvin and the chipmunk songs for me to listen while sending me home. he also said that he has damn a lot of online girlfriends wor!

sadly i don't have pictures of all the people behind this project but i know all of them worked really hard. :) there's this one person i would particularly like to thank, who has given me opportunities from the start *my first catwalk for snips!* and who had faith in me. now that i think he's left, i guess it's Snips' loss too. I don't have a picture of/with Glen, but i hope he knows that i am really grateful to him :D
